Education was the first path that transformed my own life. Today, it is also the first expression of Doctor+®.
I work alongside physicians, healthcare professionals and organizations that seek to grow with clarity, confidence and purpose. Every program, mentoring journey and keynote is rooted in nearly twenty years of clinical experience and in the lessons that only life can teach: rebuilding a career in a new country and discovering that personal experiences can also be transformed into knowledge that serves others.

Doctor+® is built on a simple belief: we can always become a little more than we are today.
The "+" represents everything no diploma can give us: the curiosity to keep learning, the courage to reinvent ourselves, the ability to lead with humanity and the commitment to develop our potential in service of others.
This philosophy gives life to every Doctor+® project. Education is its first pillar because learning remains one of the most powerful ways to transform who we are, how we care for ourselves, how we care for others and the society we build together.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I teach the way I wish I had been taught.
When I arrived in the Netherlands, I had to rebuild my professional identity from the ground up. I learned what it means to start over, adapt to a different healthcare system and regain confidence one step at a time.
Along the way, I discovered the extraordinary impact of people who share knowledge with honesty, guide without judgment and help others see possibilities where they once saw only obstacles. That experience shapes the way I teach today.
My approach combines scientific evidence, clinical experience, leadership and human development. Because learning is not only about acquiring knowledge; it is also about developing judgment, confidence and a more conscious way of practicing medicine.
